We're excited to announce the release of SecLayer v1.0.1. This update gives admins real-time visibility into server connections with the new Live Connection Map, makes SecLayer available in 17 languages, and adds a security check that flags tampered system binaries. We've also polished the experience with a dark theme, pagination across list pages, and cleaner HTML emails.
What's New in v1.0.1
New Features
1) Live Connection Map
See exactly what's talking to your server, as it happens. The new Live Connection Map shows the IPs, services and ports in use for both incoming and outgoing connections. Spot something suspicious? Allow or block any IP with a single click, right from the map.
2) Translations for 17 Languages
SecLayer now speaks your language. The interface has been translated into 17 languages, so admins and teams around the world can work in the language they're most comfortable with.
Improvements
3) Pagination on All List Pages
Every page that displays a table or list now supports pagination. Large lists load faster and are much easier to browse.
4) Dark Theme
Prefer working in low light? SecLayer now includes a dark theme that's easier on the eyes during long sessions.
5) HTML Emails
All emails sent from SecLayer are now in HTML format, making alerts and notifications clearer and easier to read at a glance.
6) System Binary Checksum Verification
SecLayer now checks the checksums of all system binaries. If a checksum doesn't match, admins receive an email notification right away, helping you catch tampered or compromised binaries early.
SecLayer v1.0.1 brings sharper visibility, stronger integrity checks and a more comfortable experience for admins everywhere. We recommend upgrading to take advantage of these new features and improvements.
Thank you for your continued support and feedback. Stay tuned: we're already working on more features for the next version, and we can't wait to share them with you.
